VIBER +BiP + SMS -firstly messages are sent through Viber channel, in case it was unsuccessful,through BiP, and it was not delivered, through SMS channel.
BiP + VIBER -firstly messages are sent through BiP channel, in case it was unsuccessful,through Viber.
VIBER + BiP -firstly messages are sent through Viber channel, in case it was unsuccessful,through BiP.
VIBER + SMS -firstly messages are sent through Viber channel, in case it was unsuccessful,through SMS.
